This just turned up today, replacing a cracked 09 frame. Free custom colour choice, I'm well chuffed.

Dealt direct with Turner in the end - was much easier.

Yes, I took your advice and called Turner direct. Greg was really good to deal with, the custom colour option was great and its nice to see good customer care in action.

Link to the original thread? Didn't you have problems with the UK distributor?

Good CS (in the end) though which is always nice to hear. You do hope that they try and improve things at this end though.

I much preferred the shonky service I recieved from Silverpish whem my 09 cracked. Took 6 weeks to get a mismatched front end and that was after constant pestering ๐Ÿ™„ Turner direct are a dream to deal with though, you were wise pursuing that route!
