had the same problem and posted it on here the other week.had to buy a tool from the lbs it was 13 quid.the newer x type dont have the self extracting bolt because it was crap.i struggled for days this tool got it off in 5 seconds.dont know how to do the link thing sorry but go on chain reaction cycles crank extractor tool small black one that comes with two fitments.
