need to remove the pedals from my road bike but they're well stuck. Tried heating the arms but still no luck...... any good ideas (I might even consider some bad ones at the moment!)

You're turning them the correct way, I presume? If so, Plug Gas. LOTS of Plus Gas. And then a little more for good measure.

I'd take it to your LBS if they really are stuck fast. They have magic ways of removing stuck pedals 😆
