Tried the open ended spanner as per Fox instructions but no joy. Levered with a small screwdriver instead.
What's your technique ?

The long DH tyre levers work pretty well.

big flat headed screw driver and twist.

found the spanner the best bet on my RS oil seal (under the upper seal) which wouldn't budge with a screwdriver.
Work your way round it & it should eventually pop out.
