In the new star trek film red matter is used by the Romulans to create a singularity which completely envelopes Vulcan....Im a bit perplexed as the Romulans used a drill to bury the Red matter into the core of Vulcan...surely they didnt need to goto all the bother and just needed to set it off next to Vulcan ?
Any Vulcans/Romulans care to enlighten me ?
currently i have a draught excluder against the door and good double glazing which should protect me against any of those pesky Romulan/red matter attacks

My door protects me pretty well against all manner of door to door salesmen....it should have no problem against Quantum singularities

Or better still Betterware catalogues seem to be unaffected by quantum singularities or Tachyon field particles that go faster than the speed of light!
The betterware catologue could create fissure in the space time universe and eventually you will get that draft!
