I know I'm getting on in my years now... weekend before last felt my right knee being very tight when I bent it.. thought it was due to overworking the turbo trainer/running machine... following Monday realised there was a slight swelling with some sponginess at the back of the knee and inner knee... ignored it
Worked out Mon (just turbo trainer and some core exercises) by Thursday the knee felt fine, played some basketball.. ..Friday night knee felt all tight again and sure enough can see some swelling...
Obviously going to have wait till Tuesday to see a doc but hoping it's nothing major other than an inflammation... I do have a constant battle with patella tendonpathy so not sure if this is related

No point in speculating until you see a doc...self diagnosis usually leads to excess worry.
I'd stay off it until you see someone.
I'm waiting to undergo an ACL op and as soon as it flares up I back off a little.
Yeah thanks matt.. just hoping it's nothing major... got two bike trips lined up end/early June..
