My SPD shoes are looking old and tired. The padding around the back of the ankle has come adrift from the rear of the shoe. I am not sure if I can repair this or is it best to get some new ones?
Looking on eBay there are a lot of choices of different shoe...
Which one would be best for mixed MTB and road use?
I am a size 9 UK but what size is that for EUR?
