Fit for what? Presuming you mean mountain biking, "The Mountain Biker's Training Bible", Joe Friel.

What about "the time crunched cyclist"?

Lance's book is pretty good, but you won't have any life.

Just ride your bike and go running when you've not got time. Make sure you push yourself and you'll get fitter. And remember, a cold cyclist is a fast cyclist- wear less clothes than you'd think you need so you warm up to it.

Ken what you mean. Over the holidays my running partner has been texting me whenever she goes for a run, then we go out at the same time and feel guilty lieing to the other about saying we're going and then not.

Get out with blower. He's still fast from what I remember, as is Pogo.

Hmmm. There must be someone fit from sheffield and without a life on here who'd drag you around?

My AM40's are 46s, a size bigger than I'd normally wear. My feet are 38cm long (god, the things i measure for the internet!)
