My mates looking for a bike track stand thingy. Now I don't use them cos' I ride in all weathers, but he's got issues (hahaha) He just needs a stand thats robust enough so he can raise the rear wheel off the ground and balance the bike enough so he can spin the pedals.
Don't flame me, well ok but don't douse me with petrol first.

Couple of phone books under the front wheel to raise the front end up, and off you go...
