Superstar Components - wanted a specific headset that wasn't in stock. Emailed Monday, they replied Tuesday saying will be back in at end of week. Saw Friday that stock returned but not the one I was looking for. Quick email and within 15 mins, stock updated and I ordered. Expected to arrive later this coming week, arrived within 26 hours (free postage). #Impressed
Bikegoo - Asked in classified for some specific Hope hub kit and someone suggested Bikegoo - never heard of them, ordered from them and arrived within 2 days. Good price and quick service. #Willtryagain
R2-bike - Ordered brakes, new groupset and some other components on 19th June - mainly at SLX level. Expected delivery in July as some of the parts weren't in stock but were on order. Despatched Wed and arrived Friday (from Germany). Part that wasn't in stock, they have upgraded to XT (rear mech). #Win
Haven't been buying many parts in recent months but that has been impressive both in service and delivery.
