I've bought a GRX 400 groupset to build up my Ragley Trig frame. The pack of bobbins for the brakes is a little sparse - no bleed blocks, just a couple the red pad spacers and some bolts. The 2 stubby bolts are presumably for the front calliper & for the rear I have just a couple of very long bolts with a 'mushroom' top that takes a clip.
These bolts are designed to go into the calliper through the chainstay but the Trig has a couple of mounts welded on the inside of the stay for which these bolts will clearly be way too long.
There's a chart provided in the online instructions advising of required bolt length dependant on chainstay thickness and I think I'll need 23mm bolts but I was wondering whether anyone who'd built up a Trig could confirm this for me and perhaps point me to somewhere I could buy a couple.

Crickey, nearly 6 quid per bolt unless anyone knows where I might find them cheaper.
Oh well, I went for 23mm as the Trig has a 10mm mount 🤞
Subsequently Ragley got back to me and, bizarrely, claim not to know (presumably they use them for their pre-built bikes).
Anyway, all should become clear when the bolts arrive but if anyone in the know can confirm that would be grand.
I think I just cut them down to the right length. Thread a nut on before cutting and then unthread after to straighten out any thread damage.
I think I just cut them down to the right length.
That would certainly have been cheaper (£6 a pop seems a ripoff) but they do have those 'mushroom' tops, one of which is meant to take a safety clip. That said I never used to bother with the snap rings on ISIS/post mount bolts or those fold over tab thingies we were meant to put on rotor bolts.
Apologies for the slight thread hijack but I am also building up a trig at present
can anyone point me in the right direction of correct brake caliper mounts needed (for 160 rotors) as the options are somewhat overwhelming for someone mostly guessing at “that one might be right”
planning on installing a set of TRP spyres which I believe are post mount as opposed to the trigs (I also believe) flat mount
The Trig's flat mount, frame and fork. At the rear it's designed to take a 140mm disc by default and an adapter is needed to adjust for 160mm.
My front GRX calliper has a reversible adapter for 140mm/160mm (I think that this may also be 140 by default although I'm not sure).
You'll need some sort of post mount to flat mount adapter. A quick Google throws up these - https://trpcycling.com/product/flat-mount-to-post-mount-adapter/ but it's going to take someone smarter than me to let you know if they'll work.
