As above really my Orange crush has a Race face XC bottom bracket and Im wondering if a shimano Hollowtech 2 BB would do the same job.? The Shiamon ones are way cheaper.

If it's the Race Face X-type BB for 24mm cranks then yes they are interchangeable with the Shimano 24mm BB's. I swapped out my short lived RF X-type for an XTR (on offer at Wiggle).

Have a look at Gusset bb. They have outlasted xt bb on all my bikes
