Which bb can I use with a x type race face bb?
Can I use shimano?

Pretty sure it is. RF BB's are notoriously rubbish.

+1 to RF BB being rubbish, used to go through one every 4-6 months at £40 a piece! Put a Hope one on years ago and have totally forgotten about it.
If you're strapped for cash Rose do some really cheap Shimano ones.

Could this be used?
Good value and good spec.
Looking for something reasonably cheap as my daughter seems to be hammering kit at the moment and it will only get worst in the winter.
