Race Face Next Sl cranks. Kaputt.

Did they come with a 5 year warranty? I thought it was 2?

I had 3 sets of SixC's fail. A straw poll I dod on here had about 95% of people on here with RaceFace carbon cranks had them fail.

warranty = silverfish, who are not great to deal with.... I thought 2 years also though...

Surely you googled them before you bought them, if only to find a shop with them in stock?

What axle size are they? Think it was my nds that died but it's been years since I had them on a bike so my memory is a wee bit hazy. Think I've still got (24mm) them somewhere.

Came with the Strive. Doubt I would be forking out that much for cranks.

Could try Canyon, but not going to hold out much hope.

If I wanted to ride in the Pyrenees as planned I will have to have a look in the next big town (Zaragoza) and see what the LBSs have in stock.

How good is the Race Face warranty?

Both on that crank and on a wheel free hub, they could not care less. And of course said 'no'.

Yeah, they do that, though it's always a bit surprising when the inserts stay in place long enough to crack. Maybe if we all got together we could find some combination of arm length, rattly pedal inserts and rattle axles and make some good cranks?
