Spending a wonderful saturday evening filling in probate forms ๐Ÿ˜‰

So my question is:

Would an overdrawn current account (which will of course be deducted from the estate) be listed as:

1) a negative balance on Schedule 406 (bank and building society accounts)

or

2) A loan / liability on Schedule 419? (Debts owed by the deceased)

It should probably be included on both? But I dont want to cause confusion at the probate office cos it should only be deducted once (obviously....)

thanks
