How much would I be looking at extra in customs charges/tax if I went online and bought a bike part worth $195 USD/£122 GB as I cannot, for the life of me, find someone to sell it to me in UK/EU area?

Assume an exchange rate of £1=$1 and you're not far off, once all shipping and charges are paid.
