Due to various family reasons my full suss is sitting idle, and has been for some time, and if I do get chance to ride I'll just use my HT for short blasts.
I think I'd like to move on my full suss and use the money towards home improvements, but I wondered if people have ever swapped bikes / parts for skilled jobs around the house?
Might be a weird question but I thought it might be an alternative to selling, on the assumption I find someone who wants a bike with the skills that I need!
Any thoughts?

There are swap groups on the internet, normally you'd exchange a skill e.g. I'll tile your bathroom if you build me a website etc. But really, you'd be better off selling - it's why money was invented.
I was struggling to understand what money was for, so maybe I'll give selling a go. Thanks.
