Just downloaded the National Cycle Network app on iTunes. It covers the entire UK network with zoomable maps.
However, where it gets interesting is that it uses OS maps instead of the more common OpenStreetMap, and these OS maps can be downloaded FOC to your iPhone for use offline. I've used it for the 25k maps of my area, it seems very good and a cheapie alternative to Memory Map and so on. Also, the other benefit over MM is its ability to plot routes on the device.
Well worth looking at...

It might be worth suggesting an Android port to Sustrans seeing as they're a charity promoting cycling for the masses then...
