The 4 packs are great value and you can mix and matchonly valid on 4-packs
Don't look to be any Shimano S5 pads in stock in Kevlar, organic or sintered. Same last time I needed pads a couple of months ago.

An abundant pain in the hoop to fit - the fins and pads are separate from each other, gave up and dropped Shimano pads in. Took 2 minutes.
Ive got some finned ones to replace XTR ones and they are fine. They fit in the caliper and they stop me. Not sure I'm rad enough to justify the extra cooling of the fins cos my other brakes work fine too.

The M4 pads should work in E4's. Not as big a pad surface area, but I think the backing is the same size.

Currently running M4's as a stop-gap in the rear and they sit wrong against the pistons, twisting slightly. Just picked up two pairs of Hope Sintered from the LBS so I'm swapping the M4's out before tomorrow's ride.

Just picked up 2 full sets of MT Trail pads for £12. Bargain considering the fronts require 4 pads each.
