It doesn't matter who gets a page. In this new era we all get a page.

Nice to see that despite political upheavals and the collapse of civilisation as we know it this thread still rolls on.

Maybe it will if we get an answer to the question.

I have an idea which I am working on at present and it may go some way to providing the answer. I won't reveal it just yet though in case I'm wrong and I end up looking a fool.

A whole week this has been sat here, just waiting for someone to get the new page. I suppose I'll have to do it myself.

It is the Mumm-Ra thread...the ever living.

Is that Little Red Riding Hood, after realising that the headset she just bought didn't include a crown race?

'cos I saw her on the way to the bike shop:

Livid she was/is, will be forever more. Perhaps she needs a celery smoothie to take the edge off.

Actually not as complicated as one would think, as I said, I know the answer and really is simple. You may be surprised to learn that it doesn't involve magic cats or celery. Or Jimmy Page. Or Karen Crow. Or Pizza. They may all have been red herrings. I also know who won the clown race though, but even that has nothing to with the answer.
Has anyone else got it, or am I the only person who's spent the last few months trying to work it out?

This thread is like an elderly relative.

You don't have to communicate with them on a regular basis - the fact that they continue to exist and put in the odd appearance is a comfort.

The heretic up there ^^ doesn't believe in magic cats nor celery! Burn him! For they are infallible and light the true path to headset smoothness and eternal steering and stuff.

Just wondering, do the same answers apply to 1.5" headsets?

A bald mate of mine got little rabbits tattooed all over his scalp..

..from a distance they look like hares.

Ahh, drop scones - the rabits head set of choice.

The top one's the imposter - he's never eaten a drop scone in his life

New year resolution is to finally find the answer to Mackem's question. Best part of a year the poor chap has been waiting for the definitive answer so that he can go and buy a headset (or a headset and a crown race as the case may be)

Mackem has allegedly moved to Spain and is an alcoholic, riding only under the cover of night for fear of crown race conflict - See him here
