[Closed] Pressfit BB working out

Bought a new gravel frame a month or so ago which has a Shimano Pressfit BB that was installed by the manufacturer/brand I bought it from. I built the frame up, fitting some Raceface Aeffect cranks I had from an old MTB and bought additional spacers for the axle that seemed to be required. Went to ride it yesterday and noticed that the grey shell of the BB had worked its way out by around 2mm on the non-drive side. The cranks spin freely so they're not binding and it hasn't moved any further on the 30 mile ride i did yesterday. Has anyone come across anything similar? I can't work out what would cause the BB to come out unless the frame shell is slightly oversized but that would seem unlikely.
