About to start a frame swap that will mean removing XTR 970 chainset thats currently on a press fit BB and put onto a frame that is NOT press fit BB
Do I just need to get normal external Shimano BB cups and the xtr chainset will fit new frame (once I buy that tool you need for XTR chainsets!)OK
Or Is there more to this?????

You should just need a BB (external cups) and the tool to fit them. But that depends on the frame.
