thats my kind of survey, very quick and general.
done. Dont know the overall objective but no Q as to if we own a bicycle but dont commute on it why not? My direct commute is ~15 miles but takes me down a heavily trafficked dual carriageway. If I want to cycle and not become a HGV bonnet ornament it is 20+ miles.
Also type/hours of work- I work a 24hr shift pattern so the colleagues that live more locally and cycle commute more often tend to only do so on days, or lates in the summer months.

Done. I commute by car as I'm 175 miles away from home for 2 nights a week - too far for a bike! That's the troboule with multiple choice - it doesn't capture the nuances.

Soot and un-burnt hydrocarbons are the kind of thing *I* consider to be air pollution, not CO2. (Water also comes out of an exhaust, I wouldn't consider it to be air pollution either.)
