[Closed] Play in new sram nx mech ??

My X1 is jumping all over the place and it appears to be due to quite a bit of play in the clutch (can it be serviced by the way?)

So I got a cheap(er) nx today that appears to have play at the pivot joint shown below right out of the box.

Seems not right to me, send it back?
