They sent me a box and accessories for some sunglasses, but the sunglasses had clearly been pinched (broken seal), I presume either by staff or they were returned and not checked properly. I emailed the customer service and got a response asking if there was a note on the delivery from (there wasn't, I attached a photo) and have since heard nothing more despite trying to chase it up.
So if you want to spend £25 on no sunglasses, I'd recommend them.
I also ordered a rear light which can't hold a charge (as in it somehow drains whilst off and inside in a matter of hours) so that's great too.
In conclusion it's probably not worth the hassle to save a few quid.
Does anyone on here work for them?
Ive had issues too, bought some bars from them and they arrived scratched. Box they were posted in is not damaged at all, leads me to believe they went in the box already scratched. Not the end of the world I know, but you buy something brand new and you expect it to look new when it arrives. They asked for photos of the damage and not heard anything since!
They sent me this a while ago...
Asked me to send them a pic, then told me I'd have to send it back anyway and wait for it to be processed to get a replacement. Meanwhile I'm riding a semi-slick in the October slop.
Well to counter that I bought some overshoes about two weeks ago, arrived promptly, cost a tenner or something silly and they’re miles better than the zip breaky northwave ones they replaced. Have you rung them OP? I completely sympathise but find they’re better (quicker) on the phone then via email.
Admittedly i have had no problem over the years with an order.
BUT ordered a bike 2 weeks ago, was told it would be delivered on the tuesday.......tuesday came, no bike, rang them to be told that they are way behind on builds and that it won't be ready for at least another 2 weeks for collection by courier.
Day wasted waiting in - unpaid, when all they had to do is pick up phone or email and get in touch.
I've not had any problems with them for years, since I stopped being daft enough to give them money. Likewise Mark Anthony Bikes, totally troublefree.
Don’t even browse their website any more. Cheap tat with service to match.
Nothing but poor service.
You should try getting spares for a kaffenback frame. They asked me if I could send a picture of the part I don't have...
Had a problem with a floater tyre, swapped it there and then no quibbles.
Had a problem with a complete bike, they took it back, fixed it and sent it back with a set of carbon bars (of my choice, not just from the parts bin) for my trouble.
Phone them.

Watch Gumtree. You may be able to get the same bike cheaper and quicker from the local scrotes who just burgled the place. Don't know about warranty support, it may actually be better.

*Slow hand clap*
You just have to buy very selectively from px. I bought one of the enduro helmets for £15 and a pair of lobster claw winter gloves for £12. That's 2 things that are imo really good quality that cost less than one of those things from any other UK retailer. I'm really happy.
I generally agree that most of the stuff they sell is garbage but sometimes you get lucky.
I've also bought a bike from them (in a rush I needed a short term commuter after my old one was involved in an accident). I was underwhelmed with that and also their bib shorts.
Me too... long and boring story which I won't go into, but it involves wrong items being sent out, then replaced with more wrong items, then replaced (again) with the same wrong item - ending up with them saying it was my fault! Definitely won't touch with them with a barge pole again, regardless of how cheap anything looks.
