Emailed them the other day with a tq on a build they did for me (pompino). Came back to me at mid afternoon next day.

Maybe different departments have better response times. Strange sales are slower to react than tech dept, but it is what it is.

I'd say it was a fail for the IT team if the automated systems are sending out 'how did we do?' emails to people who are already pee'd off about not getting a response to their original enquiry. Feedback is unlikely to be positive...
well they did manage to get a response and I assume it waits a set period of time and then sends the e-mail
Fair point though it may be better to it x hours after the reply rather than x hours after receipt
