Spending a few days riding up in the black mountains this weekend. Any recommendations for a days riding on the last day before heading back up the M4

http://www.mapmyride.com/gb/abergavenny-wls/ has quite few rides listed of varying distances. using the canal path to get about is the best option. the rides upto the tops are usually okay but can be boggy once their

Theres loads of great riding around abergavenny and the black mountains. Blorenge / Sugarloaf both have a lot of good trails on them, in the black mountains it gets a bit more gnar - if you like technical rocky descents theres a great selection.
