Ok, I have a Pitch Pro (2009) and I know it has ISCG mounts on it. However there seems to be a few standards knocking about - so exactly which one do I need?

Also if anyone has any experiences of fitting one to a Pitch (I want a dual ring one) then please let me know. I was thinking about a BlackSpire one that CR sell for £25 or so.

Thanks

The Stinger works great, I have one on an SX Trail with a Gamut bashguard. Check your manual or the Specialized website for the ISCG standard before you order.

I was in the same position and was advised that I needed an ISCG Old as this is the standard Sepsh use.

I bought Stinger but then had a change of heart and bought a S/H MRP from a mate to go single ring.

The MRP is a bottom bracket mount, if you're at all worried about the ISCG you can always go for a BB mount and you'll be fine.

Stinger works a treat on the Pitch. I can't remember for sure but I think it's the old ISCG mount too.

Cheers everyone!
I actually just found out about the ISCG thing on the Spesh website after a LOT of digging. Its not detailed in the manual at all - anyway it looks like ALL Spesh bikes use ISCG Old standard.

Would the Stinger work with the e13 bash guard I have?

is it cos you drop your chain a lot rob? having a faff with your front mech and shortening the chain will help too.

Done that already I'm afraid. Didn't want to get one but it's got to be better than grinding the chain back on every descent. Slows me down!!
