I've put a 160mm debonair airshaft in a fairly new Pike select and now the charger damper is having little or be effect when I turn the dial.

Previous to the airshaft change turning the dial would stiffen the fork up but now it's having no effect.

Damper side wasn't touched on airshaft change ?

Any ideas on what it could be ?

ahem can I tag along with this thread?
I replaced mine with a longer travel airshaft (same spec) but have had to put a load more air in than before, feels absolutely fine but am slightly concerned something ain't right?

You'll need a lot more air than normal - that's an affect of the debonair shaft.

Lack of damping.... You may have blown a seal, or let some air in. Typically first step is to give the damper a bleed.
