All explained on the petition, Sunderland council are carrying our some works at the end of the c2c route and it's been suggested to have a plaque on a touchstone to celebrate Jason's life/achievements.

Sure many on here will remember his achievements or presence as a part of the UKs mountain biking history.

I'll get it signed first thing tomorrow.

Would be excellent to recognise his contribution. He made biking cool again.

Done. The lad was a total legend. Used to think I could ride like him - well sort off at least. Never forgot him, and wish I knew him. Long live JMC!!!

Done after Peaty's tweet. Would be a cool way to remember what JMC did for UK (world?) mountain biking.

Do Not Follow Where the Path May Lead. Go instead Where There is No Path and Leave a Trail
- on the C2C ? 😆
