Email him, he's a very nice chap.

If you can't get hold of him then mail me for the poplock removal article he did, it includes basic service instructions.

Cheers.

undo bolts about 5 mm then tap them with a rubber mallet to free the rods from the lowers , allow old oil to drain

gently pull lowers from stanchions

pull out foams from under wipers

clean inside forks with isopropyl alcohol

soak foams with 15wt oil

gently put them back into place under wipers

put small amount of grease under wipers

push lowers back onto stanchions (carefully) until they're about 50% home

hold forks horizontally and use a syringe to squirt 15ml of oil into each leg

do bolts back up on bottom of forks

go ride

I got an email last night from someone asking for them....
I was out riding all night and now I'm at work, and they're on my PC at home. I'll email them through tonight when I get home....

Ah no worries, PP would you possibly be able to put the guide on the web again?

I preferred PPs though. Use to have his bookmarked but lost them when AOL stopped hosting. Any chance I could get the guides PP?

Ah right he did his own version? I would quite like to see that - I have somewhere I could host it in fact if someone sent it to me.

Anyone who wants one, email me.
I don't have the time or the skillz to get them up on the web again. AOL stitched me up like a kipper. Gits.
