Has anyone got a memory map file of the two penmachno routes? or is there a map available online somewhere?

It's waymarked what do you need to use a gps for? 🙄

I want to print a map off before I go. Not a GPS user at all, but like to know where I am so I can loop back and redo sections if required.
Do you need a hand getting down off the high horse 😉
