Any locals to Pembrey on the forum that can tell me if I should stick with my gravel tyres with minimal tread or should I fit the knobblies for Battle on the Beach on Sat/Sun?
I remember a bit of mud last year but I hate to think what it is like after this winter?!

Took my cross bike with Vittoria Adventure 38mm for 2 miles on the beach (which is still sandy), then a wander round forest area, not much mud.
I did come across a puddle of doom, but it was in a seldom used area of woods, on the whole its dry.
This was on Monday
