Hullo!
My brother is after a pannier frame for his birthday. He has the bags but no frame.
Will all frames fit all bikes? I am pretty sure its going on a really old tourer bike. Had a look at chain reaction.. and there seems plenty, but just want to check they fit!

You need to get details of the panniers and the bike as frames are not all the same.
Topeak, Ortleib and Blackburn are reputable names.

Sorry - without details of the bike there is no way of knowing what sort of rack would be suitable.
