Have done 3 rides over the last week and have had what i believe a sore hamstring at the back of my knee.
Did 20 miles on the road bike this morning at a steady pace and now my leg aches again.
I stretched before and after. Is this hamstring related? Is it down to posture on bike?
Any ideas?
For what its worth i'm just getting back into serious riding again after a long spell off.
Any ideas?
Something that you have done has hurt your knee.
Not helpful, but internet diagnosis using a couple of sentences of text is tricky stuff.
Mine legs hurt behind the knees when I cycle with the saddle at the wrong height??

ditto. i.e. if the saddle is (even a bit) too high.
Give us some more info. Where exactly in your knee is it? Type of pain and what you did. And anything that makes it better or worse.
Actually, no scratch that - no it's not hamstring related and it is possibly down to your positioning on your bike.
Your saddle is the correct height on the right. Your left leg is too short though so your saddle is too high on the left side.
Or, it could've something else.
