[Closed] Outdoor lunch time cross training - share your routines

Realised this weekend that whilst I am pretty fit and strong on the bike, I am in fact useless at other sports (still hobbling about after 45mins on the squash court).

I am starting to get regular niggles and aches and pains which I think are consistent with just training on the bike and nothing else.

Yoga is no longer managing the issues, so it is time for some strengthening exercises.

There is a field close to my work, which I plan to jog around and do various exercise like squats etc...

Looking for inspiration of what are good exercises that can be done in said field which will help with glutes & core.

No DJ any more for me I'm afraid, 2 broken wrists and a collarbone have taught me it isn't something I'm any good at ๐Ÿ™‚
