Hi All,
I know Torchy has a great reputation so not worried about build or reliability, I'm just wondering if the BK01ne at 1000 lumens will be enough output for off road riding if it is bar mounted and with no helmet light?
Time to replace my Solarstorm as the battery has packed in. fancy a new light anyway.
Anyone got one?
It'll be bright enough to ride with, but it probably won't be turning night into day. Depends if you're pottering around doing XC riding, or riding down steep stuff where you need more power
'Pottering' is a pretty good description of how I ride. I've ordered one and for 20 quid, I can't really go wrong.
You'll be fine offroad with that. You might have some problems if you ride with people who have more powerful lights, but perfectly serviceable light
