out on the moors today filming another one of my magnificent videos, i did a little jumpy drop thing, slowed, stopped.....and then couldn't clip out.
Cue a sprained wrist, thumb and dented pride.
Luckily no-one was around to see though.
Ouch. It even hurts to type!

Never confident enough on my own to even topple into the undergrowth, regularly bin it going uphill with riding mates though, as I have got fitter the frequency of being close enough, or even in front for them to see increases. Oh well 🙂
So, did you catch it on video then?

sadly not. The camera was looking at the (quite pitiful) drop off I was jumping.
