Has anybody else tried the discount code for a custom OS map as shown on page 27 of issue 72?
The OS website keeps saying its not valid
Just discovered this problem as well.
Have emailed Matt, though I'm not sure if ST can do anything as presumably it's the OS' fault?
Thanks CG, but the discount in the mag was for the custom maps
And I haven't emailed Matt as my BT internet account appears to have died.......
I think they penalise people who can't spell 'ordnance' 😉
Just to update....
A very helpful email from the OS customer service team reveals that the number "0" in the discount code should be a letter "O". Looks like a typo in the advert.
Garden hoes or water hose or letter O's ?
OS select maps are great, had one printed which covered all my rides in/around the Surrey Hills, previously many rides crossed multiple maps.
