Please tell me a 7+ is a good idea.

I've been after one for a while - this seemed to fit the bill.

Ferkin cheap that was!!!
you'll love the Pat 7+ but for a medium you'll need to be tall, standover clearance is a little cosy to say the least!

My beast, just before the I beam knackered and smacked me in the stones!

Booze and Ebay should NEVER be mixed.

However, for £250 for frame and forks, you can't really go wrong..

Although I'm sure you'll think its ace, if you do hate it, at least you can say you've had one, ridden it bla bla bla . Strip it down, put it back on ebay and hope another p155ed bloke comes along.... 😀

If you like something that feels like it breaks in half every time you ride it then you'll love it

Mine's brilliant 🙂

If you build it up sensibly light you can have a 31lb all dayer that can also munch downhills.

What were the forks and shock? I can't see the pic anymore.

yeah I thought 31 lbs was a bit ambitious - but that's OK, I've got a lightish hardtail, and wanted something with, er, substance!

Mine weighs that but with air forks and shock, and Nevegals and such. Very chunky for me tho.
