Does anyone know the maximum width these can take?
I'm wanting to run cyclocross tyres at a width of 30-32mm. Any idea if this will be OK?

Should be fine. I've run up to 50mm on Open Pros which will be similar width.

Seriously?
The Mavic website had the recommended tyre width of the Open Pro as: 19 to 28 mm.
