I'm having a lovely holiday with the family down here in Cornwall.
We keep seeing senior citizens in groups (between 3 & 100 in each) riding around on touring bikes. Most seem to have a race number attacked to their frame. Looks like a great way to spend my retirement. Are Saga offering cycling holidays now?
Ah think I saw a couple on my ride home from work today in Redruth. Noticed a little race number on one of their bikes as I rode past and wondered what was on!
theres a lot of 'package deal' holidays where you come and ride lands end to john o'groats! i helped 3 American guys who were lost on day 1, lands end to truro!!
maybe its got something to do with that?
What ever it is I hope I am still up for it at that age.
