I think the consensus is there should be "no winner" for those years.
What I am saying is why have only the armstrong years been wiped off. I know Contador 2010 win was given to Schleck, but are there plans to review other results?

Seriously though- it's a team sport, you can't really just remove the winner and promote the next person, because once you remove the impact of all the dirty riders you end up with absolutely no idea who would have come in where.
I guess they felt it was more specific in 2010- they were dq'ing a person rather than an entire sport.
Think Riis & Ulrich have both been awarded asterisks to indicate they won under the influence of drugs

Ulrich got busted for Amphetamines which were 'recreational'. But he was later busted for blood doping.
