As title, I need enough to cover a full downhill rig pretty much.

Opinions greatly appreciated 🙂

WWW.biketart.co.uk

By far the best bike tape out there, free next day delivery too.

Ok - this isnt like me but I'm going to totally disagree with the previous post.

That biketart link is to a generic advert site?

The Bestest / thickest non yellowing stuff for mtbs is the 'rebranded' stuff from JRA. Technically its made by 3M and model 8561HS. The biketart stuff is a thin yellowing waste of cash - imho.

There are lots of counterfeit 3M tapes out there - esp on ebay. And others that are 3M thinner models.

If in doubt check this page out (I'm not recommending buying from them)

There is also a guy on here who got some ex - mod 8561 but I cant remember his name.

Ive bought some some 8561 from this ebay seller and it came in an MOD box, measures (with a vernier),looks and bizarrely smells exactly the same as JRA - but £10 for 3meters;

No worries - I forgot to say the genuine stuff moulds and sticks to odd shapes with a hair drier like you wouldnt believe! The other stuff doesnt (:

rickon - No worry mate, if the ebay stuff ends up crap I'll use your suggestion 🙂

couldawoulda - I think I should be fine, I'm only going to be using it for top tube / down tube / forks etc, nothing amazingly 'shapey' 🙂
