Do rockshox or fox ever use seperate oil seals any more or do they both just use foam ring and dust wiper?
Whats the standard for rockshox? Dust wiper and oil seal, no foam ring, or dust wiper and foam ring? Does it vary between forks?

From a bit of research, it seems:
35mm forks-Dust wiper and oil seal
32mm forks-Dust wiper and foam ring
BUT
TFT include oil seals with the 32mm seal kit?

35mm dust seal and oil seal no foam ring
32mm as standard dust(external grey) and fat white foam ring, aftermarket kit Dust, thin yellow foam and black oil seal.
Sids use a different foam ring as well which is about 6mm thick.

The separate oil and dusts are better as provide more protection from dirt ingress, but initailly have a bit more stiction, but isn't too much of an issue once bedded in and the lower serviced and seal greased fairly regularly, I fit this type of kit on most 32mm services.

Sorry, just another question.
Rockshox list a couple differnt dust wipers on the spare parts list:
Tora/Recon/Revelation 32mm Dust Seal
32mm Dust Seal
Reba/Pike/Boxxer 32mm Oil Seal

What are the differences? I'm assuming they're completely cross compatible?

Thanks!
