I didn't really have any plans to buy one of these today. In fact I didn't have any plans to buy one at all, I just went wandering looking to see if the 2012 Scott Spark were in store.
It is a medium 2011 Scott Scale 35, that I picked up for a very good price from the nice people at BikeLab in Richmond.
Needs toning down a little ๐ I am not a white fanboy, white forks are all well and good, but the rest of it makes if look a little like a cheap pimp bike. Saddle and grips will get sorted later, wheels will be a bigger problem
not seeing any pics here..
Dont know what you're on about, it looks good
Looks nice , I like white ๐

But I drive an Audi so dull must be good by all accounts!
Mud is not really an option today in the SE
Looks fast. Don't change anything

Add some pedals?
Some of the worst condition brickwork ever seen on here that.
And I'd probably go grey for seat & grips, but the rest looks great. Nice bike.
Took it for its first spin this morning - a quick 2 hours of very light off road. First time I have rode a hard tail in about 2 years and first time on a carbon MTB.
First impressions are it seems amazingly quick compared with my Epic and much more responsive when you try to push the pedals a little harder. Also seems easier to keep the momentum going, but not sure why that should be the case.
Seemed a bit twitchy at times, but that is probably because I am unfamiliar with it and not sure the fork dampening is set correctly. Will take some time to get used to the feeling that my bum is not so planted in the saddle and my confidence will undoubtedly increase once the brakes have bedded in.
I await to see how my aging back feels tomorrow. First signs not too promising ๐
