After just quickly taking them apart it looks like it has the 2 cartridge bearings on the outer part of the spindle so guessing it has a DU bush on the inner... which is where there isis a little play. Just a couple of millimetres mind...
Tightening the 9mm nut doses nothing. So the inboard DU bearing is obviously foobared?
Pedal on its way out or sortable in some way?
