Diplomat? Possibly worst name for a bike ever. Top tube ruins it a bit IMO.

Looks odd, the bars are way above the saddle, can't be good for climbing ❓

it look's like the kind of bike a gentleman of a certain age would buy when looking for a bit of comfort over speed.
