I fancy a pump action one instead. There are plenty on ebay - Hilka, Draper etc. but any recommendations for a decent one?

Unless you have stuff with grease nipples that need doing - I can't see the point in a big pump one like above
if you want different to what you have look for a Pace RC7
I've had mine for over 3 years now. Only problem I had was when it was new and it got a small air pocket inside somehow. Forced a load of grease through and heard the air bubble pop and since then its been perfect. very well controlled too.

maybe it's the grease I'm using...
when you press the plunger the grease comes out but then continues to come out even when you've stopped pressing. Does the dualco/Pace not do that?
I've just bought a Chris King BB so I'm getting into the idea of being a grease gun toting mechanic maverick
Stupid suggestion here - but buy a Santa Cruz frame and you get a free grease gun with it - it's a thing of beauty....for a grease gun!
