Hi, i have recently moved out to Newton Ferrers and was wondering if there were any nice trails?
Obversely there is the coastal path, but i was hoping some singletrack or similar!

Not much. We holiday down there a lot but don't bother to take bikes these days. Its either a drive to the moors or short lanes linked with dodgy roads. Its all about playing on the sea.

Agree with bregante. Even though there's not much riding it is a lovely bit of the world. Go and buy a kayak.
Explore with gps - routes are there of an xc variety

park at coypool b&q, then up the route27 to cann- pretty good- I like blair witch strava segment- goes on for ages in the dark!
